At LNK Auto Appraisals, we strive to provide the best possible service. If you are not 100% satisfied with your appraisal or need to cancel your appraisal appointment, we have the following policies in effect:

If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the appraisal report. To request a refund, please contact us at reception@lnkautoappraisals.com and provide details as to the reason for your dissatisfaction, so that we can improve in the future! Our team will review your request, and get in contact with you as soon as possible. 

No-Shows for appointments are not eligible for refunds. We kindly ask that you contact us, as we may be able to reschedule your appointment to a time that works better for you if it is within the 24-hour window of your scheduled appointment time.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us with at least 24 hours' notice, and we will happily cancel your appointment at no charge.
